I’ve had four incredible mentors who shaped how I lead and show up. Mike taught me to trust my instincts—he believed in me before I did. Robert was the first to spot my potential in sales—and he didn’t just see who I was, he saw who I could become. And Diana taught me to speak up in the boardroom without apology.
